The ZPU30 is a compact hydraulic unit with increased power density. The electric drive and pump are installed in the oil reservoir. The multi-functional supporting plate holds all control elements and components for filling, level monitoring system and electrical connection.
To help support your design we naturally have 3D CAD files of the hydraulic units of this series. Thanks to the compact design of the ZPU30 it is well suited for use in workshop technology for lifting tables, car lifts, stroke roofs, supports and testing equipment. It is also possible to use it in tool machines as clamping pressure supply. Due to their construction, these units have been designed for intermittent operation, i.e., continuous operation is only possible with reduced power. If not indicated otherwise, the power ratings are given for operating mode S3-10%.
A special variant is the ZPU31 with a 1-phase 230 V motor (0,75 kW, 50 Hz).
